Fender’s EXP-1 Expression Pedal is a dynamic new dual-mode digital pedal that controls the volume or amp/effect parameters on Mustang® III, IV and V amplifiers and on the new Mustang Floor multi-effects unit. Switch between “Volume” and “Expression” modes by stepping on the toe end of the pedal. Red and green LEDs indicate the mode in use.

In “Volume” mode-indicated by illumination of the green LED-EXP-1 controls the master volume or can be turned off. In “Expression” mode-indicated by illumination of the red LED-the EXP-1 controls most Mustang amp and effects parameters. Common among these, for example, are the frequency parameters of a wah effect and the rate/time parameters of modulation and delay effects.

BLEMISHED Thumb Piano, Small (Item Code: THMS-2) Rosewood thumb piano, 3" x 5", 8 steel keys. The thumb piano originates in Africa. It is also known as the mbira or likembe. The metal keys are mounted on a wooden box that acts as the resonating chamber. Longer keys have lower pitches and shorter keys have higher pitches. The keys can be adjusted by tapping them in or out to adjust their pitch. Many different tunings are acceptable, according to personal preference. Similar tuning is only an issue when two instruments are played together; then they should generally agree in tuning.

The acoustic pianos include three-way stereo versions of both German and Japanese grand piano giants, a more intimate upright piano, a much-needed mono piano for small gigs, a late ‘70s-mid 80’s Japanese electro-acoustic variation, plus some blended sounds.

The electric pianos start with a seven-way velocity switched “tine” version, continue through the classic “reed” based model and then into a vintage analog “electra” instrument (all from American manufacturers), as well as two different Japanese mid-80’s digital classics. Organs include three variations of the classic tonewheel model, plus the most famous British and Italian combo organs, along with the first known offering of a signature American tube-driven console organ.

Clavs include four variations of the tonal settings plus a related keyboard from the same manufacturer that used a plucked-reed mechanism for a unique and intimate sound. Add in real, tape-based, and analog strings; choir; and a couple of fat analog synth sounds and you have an incredibly versatile palette of sounds to perform with.

Each of the core instruments has been accurately sampled including tine, key-off, damper and hammer noises at different velocities. We even sampled piano cabinet resonances to enhance the accuracy of our pianos. This attention to detail, called the RX Experience, is what makes playing the SV-1BK a joy. It comes to life under your hands, with a three-dimensional sound evoking the electro-mechanical legends, reborn.

Vintage FX chain and amp modeling
The superb sound generation of the SV-1BK is further enhanced with the inclusion of six separate stages of signal processing, all bypass-able.

LIMITER
This final step in the chain ensures your level remains balanced across all sounds, and is adjustable only via the included computer editor/librarian software.

Intuitive and simple interface
The user interface has been designed with performance in mind; every essential control is quickly accessible on the front panel, with no confusing menus or multiple button presses. Rotary knobs include illuminated LED’s to show the position of the knob, and can be pressed to restore the original setting. For really quick changes, the SV-1BK has eight car-radio style buttons to instantly call up your eight Favorite sounds and settings. Storing a Favorite is equally as easy. Simply adjust the controls to your preferred settings, then press and hold one of the Favorites buttons; when the button flashes, press it again and the settings are now stored.

Keyboard, tuning curves
The SV-1BK is equipped with Korg's finest graded-hammer action (RH3) keyboard on both the 73-key and 88-key versions. The FUNCTION button provides access to eight different tuning curves including equal, grand piano stretch, electric piano stretch, electric grand, upright stretch, detuned and two user-definable types (configurable using the editor/librarian software). Overall tuning can also be accessed via the FUNCTION button, and adjusted by using the EQ treble control. While in this mode, concert pitch (A=440) can be recalled quickly by pressing the treble encoder pot. Needless to say, the SV-1BK can be transposed into any key.

Connectivity
A pro keyboard would be incomplete without all the right connections. The SV-1BK is equipped with balanced XLR and ¼" outputs; Left and Right audio inputs; MIDI In and MIDI out jacks, USB MIDI Port, and 3 pedal connections: Damper, Pedal 1, and Pedal 2. The Damper pedal is included, and responds to half-pedaling for authentic piano response. Pedal 1 is designed for a switch type of pedal, and can operate as a piano Sostenuto pedal, or as a Fast/Slow switch when the Rotary Speaker effect is on. Pedal 2 can accept either a sweep-type pedal – great for authentic Wah effects – or an additional switch pedal, providing the piano purist with access to all three piano pedal functions by adding the Una Corda (soft) function.

EQUALIZER (Bass, Middle, and Treble) Controllable from the front panel, the EQ allows you to shape the tonal quality of your sound in real-time. PRE FX (Compression, Boost, U-Vibe, Chorus/Vibrato, Tremolo, Wah) This section provides the essential effects for pre-treating your sound or adding some vintage vibe, with some classic effects modeled by Korg’s legendary guitar effects designers. Add a sweep pedal (i.e. Korg's EXP-2 or XVP-10) to get funky with the Wah. AMP MODEL (Amp Modeling, Cabinet Simulation, and Noise Reduction) A wealth of amp heads and speaker cabinets are available to add color, drive and edge to your sound. Plus, Korg’s exclusive Valve Reactor circuitry adds the warmth or snarl that only a real tube can provide. MODULATION FX (Chorus 1 & 2, Phaser 1 & 2, Flanger, and Rotary) Some of the most famous stomp-box pedals have been recreated to give you the signature sounds for these legendary timbres. Korg’s rotary speaker emulation has long been acclaimed as one of the best, faithfully adding nuance and motion to any organ sound.REVERB/DELAY (Room, Plate, Hall, Spring, Tape Echo, and Stereo Delay) Four types of reverb are provided, along with a classic tape-echo, plus a tempo-based digital delay – complete with a tap tempo switch.

Editor/Librarian Software
While setting out to create an incredibly friendly and easy-to-use instrument, we knew that there were more tech-savvy players out there that would love nothing more than to dig in a little deeper. The SV-1 Editor/Librarian software provides cool graphic-based programming, including access to certain parameters not available on the SV-1 Black’s panel. In addition, the Editor/Librarian software allows each of the 36 sounds and the eight Favorites to be programmed and saved individually. This points the way to users sharing and swapping their favorite settings, and for Korg to supply more sounds in the future. The SV-1 Editor/Librarian runs on Mac or PC, and is included free with every SV-1 Black.

Latin Percussion LP261 Grenadilla Wood Clave
Clave (pronounced clah’ vay) is the rhythmic pattern that forms the basis of Latin music. Clave is phrased in what is known as a 3?2 (forward clave) or 2?3 (backward clave) feel. That is, three beats then two beats or, two beats then three beats. Claves are the traditional instruments used to play clave and are comprised of two sticks that are struck together to get a sharp, cracking sound. One is called the Clave or male, while the other is the Striker or female. The Clave lays in one hand between the fingertips and the heel of the hand, with the thumb out for support. This space between the Clave and the palm of the hand creates a sound chamber. The Striker is held as a beater in the other hand and is struck against the Clave.

This is a Vintage Orange 412 Cabinet, with the old Logo , it is great sounding Cabinet and it was supposedly on tour years ago with the Emerson lake and Palmer  Band, the is a section of the Tolex covering is missing from the back as well and we tryed to show it in the pictures.

This is a Vintage Orange OR 120 All Tube Guitar Head, Very desirable and thought after Amp, great British vintage sound, it has been upgraded to the Standard power plug, since the original input plug was unsafe, however it is included in with the purchase of the Amp.

The Amp was supposedly on tour years ago with the Emerson lake and Palmer  Band and there is a Matching 412 Cabinet is also available for Purchase.

This amp just went through our service department and outfitted with a set of  EL34PLQ-MU  Mulard Platinum matched Quad Power tubes and a Pair of the Groove tubes GT-ECC83-S  Preamp tubes.

As of December 14, 2007, Real McCoy Custom is proud to present our very first signature wah-wah pedal. The JOE WALSH SIGNATURE WAH has been in the making for well over a year. Designed to meet Joe Walsh’s precise sonic specifications, the JOE WALSH SIGNATURE WAH delivers the classic wah sounds heard on all of Joe’s early recordings. The flame graphics were created by Perry Hall according to Joe’s request for the production model of the prototype that's been on his pedal board since the early summer of 2007.

The JOE WALSH SIGNATURE WAH includes licensed fuzz-friendly technology, true-bypass, exclusive RMC ROC-POT5 extra long-life sealed potentiometer, easily adjustable rocker tension, AC adapter jack, and is covered by our limited one year warranty.

RMC6 Wheels of Fire Wah

What began as a custom piece in 2003 finally became an official part of the RMC lineup in 2006. The WHEELS OF FIRE wah features the sound of the original Macari built wahs of the 1960's and 1970's England. While housed in our extended red hammertone wah case, the WOF duplicates the extra-wide sweep range and all the other nuances of the Macari original.

The wah sounds of merry old England have returned to the market at last.

Virtual Jam Band

The Center Cancel function can be used to minimize the volume of pre-recorded vocals and solos for play- and sing-along enjoyment. eBand mode is also an excellent partner for musical training, as it lets you record your performance adjust playback speed and/or pitch as desired.

That's what I thought when I first saw a picture of Gary Swallows' new concept in guitar steels at the Nashville NAMM show in July of 2002. My first reaction was that players would not accept it because it was too different. But when I met Gary, and he let me handle some of his beautiful hand made bars, I immediately realized that the pictures didn't do them justice. These things look and FEEL so nice that someone would want to own one whether they play an instrument or not. Within minutes I became a believer in the concept of a guitar steel made of two materials: wood for the handle, and stainless steel for the playing surface.

 
We spent quite awhile talking about his bars, and I learned just how much thought and care he had put into their development. The history of guitar steels has been an evolution away from the "found object" towards a more specialized, ergonomic tool. I soon realized that he had made not only the next step in that evolution, but the next two or three steps at once. Besides his creative use of materials, he had sculpted the shape of the tops of his bars so that your hand lays on them in the most amazingly relaxed and natural position. He had carefully considered every angle, every surface, every radius. From its edge, designed to deliver the clean pulloffs that today's players love, to the weighted, counterbalanced handle, this bar is about as far from a "found object" as you can get.     

 

Before we left Nashville, I told Gary that I was interested in becoming involved in the production and marketing. Shortly thereafter he sent some prototypes to me and my partner, Dave Coontz. Now it was our turn to get to work. Our job was to devise production techniques which would not compromise the attention to detail that Gary had given each bar that came out of his workshop. Dave's own genius for production was up to the task, and before the end of 2002 we knew how to produce the GS Steel. Collaborating closely with Gary on a couple of design refinements (we always have to put our own touch onto these things), we now are in production.

Takamine TC135SCLH Nylon String AC/EL CLASSIC AE LEFTY W/CASE

The CTP-1 "Cool Tube" preamp is the most significant development in "on-board" acoustic signal processing since Takamine presented the Acoustic DSP, the industry's first on-board "digital" acoustic guitar preamplifier in 1998. The Takamine CTP-1 "Cool Tube" preamp is an on-board acoustic- electric preamp that utilizes a 12AU7 dual triode vacuum tube.

The "Cool Tube" preamp runs the Tube at very low voltages, therefore the tube does not glow or produce high levels of heat. The tube actually runs at only two or three degrees above ambient, so there is no concern over the delicate tone woods being affected by radiant heat. With the Takamine CTP-1 "Cool Tube" preamp, the playing will be hot, the tone will be warm, and the tube always remains cool.

The EQ section utilizes a shelving, graphic EQ, which can cut or boost bass and treble frequencies. The mid range is shaped using a semi-parametric EQ section comprised of a rotary knob used to choose the mid point of the midrange frequency. The midrange frequency can be cut or boosted with the mid slider. The range of frequency covered by the rotary knob is 200hz to 8.5Khz

The tonality of the preamp is further enhanced by the use of the rotary knob labeled "Cool Tube" With this control, the player chooses the depth of effect the tube places on the signal generated by the proven Takamine "Palathetic" pickup. With this knob the player can choose from a high degree of "CUT" for aggressive strumming; expanded "sweetness" and harmonic density with fatter lows and rounder highs; or levels of rewarding richness for finger style players.

An auxiliary input jack and volume knob, which can control an additional add-on pickup of your choice. This facility can accept a magnetic sound hole pickup, or a soundboard transducer. The AUX control knob is used to blend the add-on signal with the Takamine pickup. A small switch in the back of the preamp can be used to match the varying outputs of different pickups with the preamp. The output volume slider can then control the blended signal.

About This Guitar: This highly sought after guitar has had extensive work done to it.  This bridge has been replaced and to accommodate it, the track for the sliding pickup has been ground down.  The neck has also been reattached and is not perfectly straight because of that.  The pickup itself has some rust on it but sounds great when it is in the top most position, however, it travels further from the strings as it slides down and loses a lot of tone as it does.  It has many scratches and blemishes from years of use.  The guitar comes with dual strap buttons at the bottom.

About Dan Armstrong London Guitars: These instruments feature solid mahogany bodies and necks. Honduras mahogany was used throughout as it is relatively free of voids or pockets and matches oak in strength. It withstands moisture and remains stable in use. It normally has a straight grain but sometimes can treat one to a nice swirl, and it has a fine even texture which makes it one of the best woods known for machining, cutting, and planing and it readily accepts a wide range of common stains and finishes. Honduras mahogany has a reddish brown to medium red color which darkens to a deep reddish-brown with time so no stains were needed. These instruments were then treated to an epoxy resin finish.

The bodies and necks were built by Ian Halsey, a carpenter & cabinet maker by trade that Dan had contracted to build these instruments. Many parts were contracted out for these instruments.

An evolution in tone
When we set out to create the AC30 Custom Classic, we started from our most highly acclaimed model to date, the AC30 Hand Wired. With twin inputs (high and Low) and a Master Volume circuit, these amps offer highly interactive Bass and Treble tone controls, as well as the VOX Tone Cut control (which varies the presence in the power amp section) for even greater tonal variety. We also included Classic Tremolo with variable Depth control and a spring reverb with Level and Tone controls as well as a Dwell switch.

Two blendable channels, a first
Not only does the AC30 Custom Classic include two channels, it also offers the ability to blend those channels together (a first for the AC30!). The Top Boost Channel serves up that classic AC30 tone, while our new expanded Normal Channel now offers two modes, Normal and Bright, which allow you to achieve the sounds of an assortment of vintage AC30s. The Vox AD120VTX combo amp replaced the AD120VT, an amp that had been first offered only two years earlier.
The AD120VTX differed from the AD120VT in several ways. The most notable change was the replacement of the Celestion 7080 12" speakers from the AD120VT with the Celestion/Vox "Neo (or new) Dog."

The Celestion/Vox "Neo Dog" 12 inch speaker featured a neodymium magnet structure. The incredible magnetic properties of neodymium magnets mean that only a small amount of material is needed to produce the same flux as a much larger ceramic magnet structure. This offers a drastic savings in weight. The "Neo Dog" speaker weighs approximately one half of the weight of the Celestion 7080 it replaced without any loss of tone or power handling capacity.

The Vox Valvetronix "Blue" Series amps not only have an innovative front end based on the proprietory Korg REMS preamp circuit, they also introduced the revolutionary hybrid Valve Reactor output amp circuit.

The Vox Valve Reactor has its origins in the Japanese keyboard design laboratory of Korg in the late 1980s. An electronic engineer at Korg started the development of a new hybrid power amp design. As for cosmetics, the APX500 features a beautiful mother-of-pearl sound hole ring inlay, white fingerboard binding, white/black body binding, mother-of-pearl APX & Yamaha headstock logos and position markers. This model comes in five amazing color variations.

The APX500 also features a revamped version of the tried and true System55T. This is a 1-way piezo pickup system that comes with a 3-band EQ and built-in tuner.

A.R.T.(Acoustic Resonance Transducer) technology - Newly developed contact pickup Unique multilayer structure achieves optimum dynamic balance. Yamaha acoustic-electric guitars have consistently used piezoelectric pickups to reproduce the pure sounds of the acoustic guitar. But piezoelectric pickups tended to overreact to changes in attack, which in turn caused distortion. To achieve ideal playability, we had to improve the way that these dynamics were controlled. To provide a solution to this issue, the new pickup was designed with a multilayer structure consisting of six layers of different materials. This dampens excessive vibration from the topboard while picking up small resonances to achieve ideal sensitivity and outstanding dynamic balance. Also, because the pickup is fitted directly beneath the topboard, it functions as a transducer attached to the body. - 3-way configuration In addition to two main pickups mounted under the saddle, this system has one each on the bass and treble sides to capture the vibrations of the entire length of the strings and body, as well as the sound's bass and treble components. The pickups are laid out in such a way as to achieve clear reproduction even during high-position soloing.

Pickup Systems (1-way systems) for APX500

Controls for the under bridge mounted piezo pickup are mounted on the instrument's side for optimum access. The battery compartment is also located on the side, close to the neck, to provide easy replacement.
Preamp Systems (System55T) for APX500

This is a tuner-equipped version of System55. The chromatic tuner is accurate,easy to use and easy to view. You can use the tuning mode by pressing a single button even if you have no cable connected. Turning the tuner on or off will not affect the output in any way. The tuner also comes with a one-minute auto-off timer to save battery power.

Bracing

Scalloped X-type bracing design. Delivers a well-balanced sound when played acoustically. Oval sound-hole offers thicker middle highs that are unique to the APX sound.
